Chocolate Mousse

Makes 16 balls

NOTE: You can use dairy-free cream for vegan or lactose intolerant guest

  • 1 1/2 cups cream

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder, sifted

  • 6 tbsp golden syrup

  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • Chocolate chip cookies, crushed



  1. Whisk the cream until stiff peak stadium. Then add the cacao powder to the cream and mix well.
  2. Add the vanilla essence and then the syrup and mix through until smooth.
  3. Place in the fridge.
  4. Start by placing your biscuits in a bowl and then pipe some mousse on top of the biscuits.
  5. Garnish to your own liking with fruit or chocolates. Serve cold.
