Terms and Conditions
- Payment can be made with MasterCard, Visa or in South African Rand. Regrettably, Diners Club and American Express card payments are not accepted.
- Please note: All rates are subject to change without any prior notification. E&OE.
- Reservations are considered confirmed only after receiving the 25% deposit. All bookings must be confirmed via e-mail.
Elephant Plains reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees, should a confirmed reservation be cancelled within the following periods:
- Date of confirmation to 121 days prior to arrival:
Guests forfeit 10% of the total reservation value (charged as handling fee). - 120 to 61 days prior to arrival:
Guests forfeit 25% of the reservation value (no refund of deposit). - 60 - 31 days prior to arrival:
Guests forfeit 50% of the full reservation value. - Less than 30 days to date of arrival:
Guests forfeit the full reservation value. - No show / early departures:
Guests forfeit the full reservation value.
