Elephant Plains Game Lodge is situated in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, adjacent to the Kruger National Park. The lodge caters for the discerning traveller, offering a variety of accommodation options, including Rondavels and Luxury Suites. We are world renowned for excellent Big 5 game viewing and guests can enjoy two game drives and a bush walk per day. Elephant Plains is owner run and accommodates a maximum of 24 guests. This guarantees personal service and attention to detail. Our unpretentious style ensures that guests regrettably leave the warm and friendly atmosphere of our little piece of Africa…

Terms & Conditions:

Special rates valid for private bookings, for a stay between 16 March and 31 August 2020. Applies to new bookings only. Rates include accommodation, all meals and game drives (including sundowner refreshments). Rates exclude conservation & reserve entrance fees, beverages, items of a personal nature and transfers.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking and the 75% balance will be due 60 days prior to check in.

Should the booking arrival date be less than 60 days from date of confirmation, full payment will be required to secure the booking.

Dates of stay may be amended once, within the prescribed date range. This is subject to availability and is at the discretion of Management.

Cancellation Policy:

Upon cancellation of a booking, or part thereof, the following policy prevails:

Date of confirmation to 121 days prior to arrival:

Guests forfeit 5% of the total Reservation Value (charged as a handling fee).

120 to 61 days prior to arrival:

Guests forfeit 25% of the total Reservation Value (No refund of deposit)

60 – 31 Days prior to arrival:

Guests forfeit 50% of the full Reservation Value

Less than 30 Days to date of arrival:

Guests forfeit 100% of the full Reservation Value

No Show / Early Departures:

Guests forfeit 100% of the full Reservation Value

Elephant Plains Game Lodge reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, if the need arises.
