Springbok Carpaccio\u00a0<\/h3>\n

Ingredients<\/h4>\n

  • \n

    2x80g Springbok carpaccio<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    1 Italian Vinaigrette<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    1 tbsp crushed garlic<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Salt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Wild Rocket<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Parmesan cheese<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u00a0Method<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. \n

      Cut carpaccio into bite size pieces, and season with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Mix together all other ingredients and pour over carpaccio.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Set in fridge for 4 hours.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Place some wild rocket on a plate. Drain Carpaccio from the marinade and place it on top of the rocket. Sprinkle over some parmesan cheese and serve.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
