Leave to absorb for 1 hour.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium-size pan cook the chicken strips until cooked<\/li>\n<li>In another pan, heat some oil and cook the onion and peppers until half soft.<\/li>\n<li>Mix the chicken, onion and peppers<\/li>\n<li>Use a griddle pan to grill the wraps by just giving them some black stripes.<\/li>\n<li>Starting with the mayo and sweet chilli sauce, mix them and put 2 tablespoons on the edge of the wrap follow by chicken and then cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Roll the edge of the wrap over the filling, then fold in the sides, rolling the wrap till the end.
