Ingredients<\/h2>\n

Serve: 12<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Sauce<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • 1 \u00bd cup white sugar<\/li>\n
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa plus 1 tsp cocoa<\/li>\n
  • 3 cups hot water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Pudding<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 135g butter<\/li>\n
    • 1 1\/8 cup white sugar<\/li>\n
    • 3 eggs<\/li>\n
    • \u00be cup milk<\/li>\n
    • 2 \u00bc cup cake flour<\/li>\n
    • 1 \u00bd tbsp Baking powder<\/li>\n
    • \u00be tsp salt<\/li>\n
    • 7 \u00bd tbsp Cocoa powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Method<\/h2>\n

      For the sauce:<\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. Combine all ingredients and stir well until the sugar has dissolved. Set aside<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        For the Pudding:<\/h3>\n
          \n
        1. Preheat oven to 180C. Line an ovenproof bowl (30x22cm) with spray and cook.<\/li>\n
        2. In the bowl of a mixer, add butter and sugar together and cream till smooth and white. Add the eggs one by one till mix through.<\/li>\n
        3. Mix together all dry ingredients and add to sugar and egg mixture. Add the milk in slowly.<\/li>\n
        4. Add sauce till half full to pre-lined bowl and then add in the pudding.<\/li>\n
        5. Bake for 12-15min. Remove from heat. Serve with whipped or normal cream.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
