walks, tea and coffee.
Your bar, mini bar and game drive
drinks, curio shop purchases, Spa treatments,
telephone calls, laundry services and child
minding services are extras for your own
account.
Guides and pilots will be allowed
to go on the game drives, if space on the
vehicle allows it.Drinks are for the guide's own
account.

RESERVATIONS are considered con-firmed only after receiving the 25% deposit. All bookings must be con-firmed via fax or e-mail.
CANCELLATION FEES
Elephant Plains reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees, should a confirmed reservation be cancelled within the following periods:
■ If cancellation of any booking, or any part thereof, is received 31 days or more prior to arrival, the 25% deposit will be forfeited
■ If a cancellation of any booking, or any part thereof, is received between 30 - 08 days prior to arrival, 75% of the total balance (Accommodation and Transfer fees) will be forfeited ■ If a cancellation of any booking, or any part
thereof, is received within 07 - 00 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total
balance (Accommodation and Transfer fees) will be forfeited.
